What are Support Blocks?

Basically, a Support Block is simply an amount of time that you can purchase for assistance. These Blocks allow you to ask for minor updates, tweaks, questions, troubleshooting and other small website issues that may occur.

Additionally, Support Blocks are paid for in advance and charged by the minute against the balance until your time is exhausted. A monthly statement will be issued documenting time used.

How Do Blocks Operate?

It’s easy, just buy the number of Blocks that you feel will fit your needs and budget. Email me with your task or issue and I’ll take care of it.

All jobs are tracked by the minute and deducted from your Support Block balance. At the end of each month, I will send you a statement detailing the work done, the amount of time used and the time remaining in your Block.

Keep in mind, you’ll receive price breaks the more blocks of time you purchase at once.

Support Blocks are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

One Hour Plan $75.00

With this plan you will receive a one hour block of time that is charged by the minute against the balance. A monthly statement will be issued documenting time used.

Three Hour Plan $195.00

With this plan you will receive a three hour block of time that is charged by the minute against the balance. A monthly statement will be issued documenting time used.

Five Hour Plan $275.00

With this plan you will receive a five hour block of time that is charged by the minute against the balance. A monthly statement will be issued documenting time used.

10 Hour Plan $450.00

With this plan you will receive a ten hour block of time that is charged by the minute against the balance. A monthly statement will be issued documenting time used.
